Jones East 8 have been appointed as concept designers for Forman & Son project in London (3,000 m2) within Olympics 2012 development. The complex includes state of the art offices, factory, speciality shop and restaurant.

Jones East 8 acted as supervisors and co-ordinators for Ukraine's first wholly western hotel, the 280 rooms Radisson Hotel owned by Raiffeisen Bank, Radisson SAS and the EBRD.
Vorovskogo Street, Phase I
Jones East 8 built Kyiv first wholly western owned office and bank, Raiffeisen Bank, altogether some 1,600 m2. The work included the fit out of the building, as a bank with vaults,
customer's service area and EDP room.
